1. Commencement of communication - A non-refundable initial consulting fee is charged to study the claim file and prepare a report to decide the feasibility of undertaking the claim.
2. Converting communication to preparing proposal - If the claim can be undertaken, a draft letter agreement needs to be signed by the insured.
3. Commencement of Process - The process is initiated on receipt of the agreed fees.
4. Preparing agreement / draft - The process involves liasioning with various entities including:
TPA
Insurance Company
Ombudsman Filing
Assisting the insured in consumer court proceedings (if necessary)
Note: Legal proceedings and advocate fees are additional (if necessary).
5. Claim Settlement - Upon settlement of the claim and receipt of the money by the insured, the post-dated cheque will be deposited with prior permission from the insured. Fees – Professional Fees – Case to Case basis Consultancy Fees – Depends upon the size of claim and type of the client and service.
